Park View operates a Challenge 21 policy which means anyone who appears to be younger than 21 will be asked to produce valid identification. If they cannot produce their ID, they will not be allowed to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages at the suite.

Please remember that you as the organiser are responsible for your guests and the way they treat the premises, the management do reserve the right to ask any individual to leave the Suite if their behaviour is not appropriate.

The dress code for Park View functions is smart / casual, no trainers, collarless t-shirts etc.

We have put a lot of effort into making the interior of the building luxurious and so we can’t allow any decorations or decorative sprays, cello tape, drawing pins, blue-tac or anything else to be fixed to the walls or ceilings, additionally no ‘sprinkles’ are permitted. We have found that balloons and flowers bring plenty of colour and festivity to the suite.

A provisional booking can only be held for 14 days and will be confirmed when the booking deposit has been paid. All Booking Deposits are non-refundable.

Final numbers, menu choices (including special dietary requirements) and payment will need to be submitted at least two weeks prior to your booking. Please note these choices and numbers will then be final and refunds will not be possible as we then commit staff and purchase necessary supplies for events and re-selling the booking would not be possible.

Payments can be made in cash, cheque, and credit / debit card. However, all credit card transactions are unfortunately subject to a 5percent charge. Debit cards transactions are free of charges. Cheques are to be made payable to Park View.

Please make sure you take all presents, table decorations with you when the event is finished because we can’t be held responsible for anything which is lost or damaged and we must ensure the suite is clear for the following function.

Bookings are made on the basis that we provide all food and drink, the only exception being the celebration cake.

We at Park View will attempt to accommodate any transfer dates, however if no suitable date can be arranged and the event is cancelled, the Booking Deposit cannot be refunded.

If you are supplying your own DJ or entertainment for an exclusive evening, please ensure that we have sight of the performer’s liability insurance policy and PAT testing certificates at least 14 days before the event.

Children under the age of 12 must be supervised and accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Music levels must be kept at a reasonable level and we ask that guests to leave the Suite quietly when evening functions finish so as respecting the residents of nearby houses.

In the event of a Buffet Reception, the bar will be open for a five hour window, usually seven pm untill 12 midnight and will close at the pre-arranged time, guests will then be given twenty minutes to finish their drinks and vacate the suite. Extra hours will be charged accordingly.

There is a corkage charge available for wines and champagnes only, details on request.

For your security and safety, CCTV is in operation inside and outside the suite at all times.

It is illegal to smoke inside Park View , there is a smoking area outside the front entrance.

It is forbidden due to council restrictions to park cars inside the park outside the suite, the nearest place to park your car is on the London Road, although this has some restrictions.
