Terms and Conditions
The Park View Suite operates a Challenge 21 policy which means anyone who appears to be younger than 21 will be asked to produce valid identification. If they cannot produce their ID, they will not be allowed to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages at the suite.
The management reserve the right to ask any individual to leave the Suite if their behaviour is not appropriate.
The dress code for Park View Suite is smart / casual, no trainers, collarless t-shirts etc.
We have put a lot of effort into making the interior of the suite luxurious and so we can’t allow any decorations or decorative sprays, cellotape, drawing pins, blue-tac or anything else to be fixed to the walls or ceilings. We have found that decorated tables really bring plenty of colour and festivity to the suite.
A provisional booking can only be held for 14 days and will be confirmed when the booking deposit has been paid. All Booking Deposits are non-refundable.
Final numbers, menu choices (incl. special dietary requirements) and payment will need to be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to your booking. Please note these choices and numbers will then be final.
When a booking is cancelled less than a week before the booking date, and in line with every other organization offering pre-booked functions or events, we would not be able to refund any monies as we would have had to commit staff and and purchase stock - it would also be too late to re-sell the booking
Payments can be made in cash, cheque, and credit / debit card. However, all credit card transactions are unfortunately subject to a 5 % charge. Debit cards transactions are free of charges
Please remember that you as the organiser are responsible for your guests and the way they treat the premises.
Please make sure you take all presents, table decorations with you when the event is finished because we can’t be held responsible for anything which is lost or damaged.
Bookings are made on the basis that the Suite provides all food and drink.
The Park View Suite will attempt to accommodate any transfer dates, however if no suitable date can be arranged and the event is cancelled, the Booking Deposit cannot be refunded.
If you are supplying your own DJ or entertainment for an exclusive evening, please ensure that we have sight of the performer’s liability insurance policy at least 14 days before the event.
Music levels must be kept at a reasonable level and we ask that guests to leave the Suite quietly when evening functions finish so as to respect the residents of nearby houses.
The bar will close at the pre-arranged time, guests will then be given 20 minutes to finish their drinks and vacate the suite.
If suppliers of cakes, flowers or entertainment fail to appear on time, we cannot take responsibility for this, whether recommended by us or otherwise.
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised and accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
If you are providing your own evening entertainment, we will need to see the entertainers Liability Insurance and PAT test certificates at least 14 days before the wedding.
Since the new anti-smoking law has been passed and to protect our license, we now have to ensure nobody smokes in the building, including the toilets.
